Maybe you also find the line for remote skill attack (nuker skill like hurricane) and change that max range so we can snipe eh eh eh :P

I don't think it's in any of the ini files. I highly think it's server sided. Would be great if someone confirmed this.

1)Server side : you must change the skill (xml file).

 

2)Client side : you must change the skill description
