Apella is one of the most beautiful Custom Armors. That's why in the most PvP High Rate Servers put Apella as Custom Armor.

Apella design is great!!! but my opinion is to fix the stats.

Apella is kinda good for supports like SwS/BD.

They can quite PvP alot with it ,i've seen it on L2TheAbyss x7 a guy JMS he was bd and pwn all with apella in oly and PvP:]

Apella is a pvp armor. Most people use it for CP (increase and faster regeneration). And ofc you can own with apella not only if "u know how to play your class". Apella is a very good armor but if you play a high rate server i suggest to go for s grade.

apella is very nice in appearance but not in stats and depends what class u are to wear
