i mean after 1,2 downloads get 15 min penlaty  .....

 

so about speed , idk its 4shared faster? in net i have download max 500kbps in 4shared, in rapidshare i download all time 200-300 ... so ... maby ... idk ....

4shared is just a failure for me, a simple site than anybody can hack..
