Looking for good server

I live in US on the east coast. It seems hard to find a good server that is in the states, would anyone care to suggest a good server?

 

I would like it to be stable, minimal donations, little corruption, english main language, moderate amount of players.

hmm two things one your on the wrong section two what Chronicle you need interlude/gracia 2/g.final high.... rate/low rate/mid rate ?

Medium rate. So it's not time consuming to level and so it's not a few minutes to level to max. Also, I just tried L2euroworld, and it's quite laggy for me on the Easy Coast in US, so if you can suggest one that is in NA, that would be sweet. Thanks again
