Problem with NPC buffer ;)

Sup ;) ive got a small problem  with buffer from that pack:

i mean, buffer give buffs only for Admins and GMs when i was tyring to make a new normal character (40/50/85lvl, with 2kkk adena, and 2nd/3rd prof)

and press "Fighter Buffs" or Mage or Songs etc nothing happend;/ but when i do that by admin character hes buffing me as well ;/ any one knows how to fix it, or what i need to do ? ;> Thanks ;)))

Problems solved i made own buffer , maxchar you can change at config>server> CharMaxNumber = xx
