Yea a lot of skills are missing, also a lot of Active skills are on Passive skills list

updated,now skills work  ;)but buffs/dances/songs/chants time are like retail but you can fix them its very easy

i fixed the skills by my own,because l2dot skills have problem but we will fix the dot skills soon

Those who had the error go to gameserver.bat and find this :

java -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 -Xmx512m com.l2dot.gameserver.GameServer

Change it to 1024 or the RAM you think you can give the server.Then close all applications (to free the ram lolz:D) and run the server..
