Hallo if you want to have the website of your dreams without knowing php you are in right tread

 

What do you need?

Active internet connection

Programm tool(i prefer extractor web site)

 

Guide

Download Web site extractor

Install it

Open it

And select new project

Paste the link that you want for example if you want a web site like official write Lineage II : The Chaotic Chronicle

And press enter

When finish downloading you have the site

 

Next step is to edit this remove for example the ncsoft and add your name

or everything you want to do

 

Upload it to your ftp or discw

and have fun....
