Amd Dual Authlon Dual Core Processor 4850e 2.50 GHZ

4 gb RAM

Microsoft Windows XP

But only

 

How many ppl my server afford and how many if i have x4 speed?

It will be then 70 ( with a bit delay on game ), cuz as jossoo said u can get 50 without lag but 50+ there will be a bit of lag breacks etc. Btw i am not the right person to right the good or the worst of a server cuz all the server that i got were hosted.
