Have you ever use search button ? Lol you even dont know how to change announce ? Man ...edit your .dat files from system ( illegal ! ) and if you want to change announce edit your announce.txt file from gameserwer/data folder or use admin panel ingame . If You want to add custom wlecome window after logging into the game you should cheack your config's files and edit welcome.htm from gameserwer/data/html  folder
