yes you can with this way you move your money from paysafecard to paypal not to the card that you have registered :)

You can use moneybookers or rapidshare to transfer the money from paysafe cards to your bank account ;) But I think that they will ask you info about you (IDs, Proofs from address, name, etc)

i do this question and on other topic but none answer.i want an answer.

if i want to pay on rapidshare with paypall for one month(13 euros).i must buy a paysafe card of 20 euros because 13 euros paysafe card doesn't exists.this 7 euros where they go to the rapidshare or they stay in my paysafe card until i use it again??
