[HELP]How can i change mp-cp-hp power potions?

Ok..hello guys  ;D ;D ..i was searching in my server files for hours..and i didnt found how to change the "power" of the potions

 

i mean

 

Mp..power is 200...(when you clic it  you gain 200 mp)

 

How can i make it to 5000?

 

 

(I know how..but..i dont know where is that "code")

change it to 5000.0 for 5k
