How to update C4 to C5?

Anyone know any patches, which can help me to update C4 client to C5?

Why you need a Patch to update your Client from c4 to C5 ? Just install the C5 client..and you are done ;D

Download and install the C5 client

 

You can't upgrade directly C4 to C5... NCSoft is responsible for client update, and as they don't use C5, they don't host the C5 updates anymore :P
