Kamael Skills Not Working

Most of the kamael skills do not work, Can some1 help me please? im using Gracia C2 P2 files.

i say that kamael skilss used like gladis skills thay need souls to work i know like that if it has serius problemm u should try  tu gein souls with mobs u must emprove it all i say if i halped np
