Make custom item

Hi 4 all, I'm new here, would help to create a custom item centralize the functions of some NPCs like gmshop, buffs, gatekeper, etc ... someone already done this or have any idea to make it?

ok is easy man onli u need refer a HTML for your custom item, listen may be u need a little "itemSkill" to call html form use your item, check it in your "EtcItem" table from DB.
