He is only asking what programm to use. Mate the best programm to use is Sony Vegas. Its very good but also very hard.

Hello u can click on the link posted by HiThere is a very good tutorial for recording the game screen and about the effects if u are a bigginer i recomend u to use Sony Vegas 8.0c and for some advance effects and things u can check out some adobe products like After Effects. Good Luck !
