HOW TO USE NEWS EDITOR:

1st: go to your website(link and put after link /news) example: l2survival.com/news/ <-l2survival is mine but i dont have domain xD

2nd:create an account

3rd:login

4th:press add news and write in the gap whatever you want,then press enter :) your announcment is written on the website !!

search on google for css style and try implement it with little php to make nicier menu and background. another think you could do is to download a shared website and try to understand it and edit it (change colors, images etc so you know what you need to do to change stuff)
