Ok first of you need four weapons to have four buffs :P

 

First weapon is Hell Knife - Mental Shield

2nd.Staff Of Evil Spirits - Blessed Body

3rd.Staff Of Evil Spirits - Magic Focus

4nd.Hell Knife - Focus

Ok if you are in Oly now obtain a weapon and make a skill like Rage or so.

Now obtain another weapon of them 4 and make again a skill and obtain...

 

Now in the end you must have 4 buffs

 

PS: Sometimes it dont work so try it again and again/if topic is already posted delete it please
