If u pvping with FULL BUFFS (mass pvps-sieges) then u should get QR.(classes : HE-SR)

If u are any other class on the game and u mostly xp-ganking then u should get a focus.

 

Although i suggest u to keep t3h crystal and go for s grade :D :D
