Well, the NPC can be added manually too.

Just put 31212 for 'ID' , in 'class' put NPC.a_teleporter_FHuman and in 'type' put L2Teleporter. :)

 

P.S : Just tested the NPC. He shares many NPCs and everyone has 3-5 teleports. -.-

        Make an AIO m8, or something like that.
