Well, there can be 2 options:

 

1st:

You have dynamic IP, then you need to try out www.no-ip.org service.

 

2nd:

You need to open ports which are being used by your server.

The ports are 80 2106 7777 9014

and you can use this also http://www.portforward.com

 

To see your IP go to http://www.whatismyip.com

 

To server.properties put these

 

in External IP:put the IP from www.whatismyip.com but its messy because you need to change it to properties every time it changes

but you can use also a no-ip at www.no-ip.org

 

in Internal IP: put 127.0.0.1 <------ You and only you need this to log in to server and you eather have to paste it on l2.ini or in your host file

 

in login.properties you must leave all IPs 127.0.0.1

 

Then you must login to server and all the others too...
