Ban,Kick

I use L2j Free and when i kick a player or ban nothing happens.it just says You Hava Kicked "X" from the game but he still can play.Any ideea how to fix that  ???

Ok,i will try and i edit my post.

Edit: Lol,i found the problem,didn't worked because i tryed to ban/kick players from admin panel,i saw now,it's working with commands.

Please any mod,lock the topic.

If you use //kick (his name) then he will be kicked for sure.
