I do not really understand what this does?

 

I know what overclocking is, but how can a program make your server overclock? Does it give more ram or cpu to the server processes? cause if thats all it does then like vago said the realtime option would be better...

 

I guess this is my question:

How does this actually improve performance?

 

I am just confused thats all :/

@theone this is the answer , it has to do with priority ,i saw his code in another forum , it just changes priority to 0  , 1 and 2 if im not wrong
