invite/party/changeptleader not working

guys on my server commands /invite /changepartyleader /leave and /unstuck not working can anyone tell me how to fix it ?

update to the latest rev of your pack , any errors in console or have u changed anything?

which pack ? do u type /invite and u target the person u want to invite and what it says?

i just do as in other servers. i target a player i type /invite and it just not doing anything at all. not even error. if i use unstuck samething happens, its not doing anything. but /allyinvite /allyinfo and that kind of things work just /unstuck /invite and /changepartyleader that kind of things does not work. even /sit and /stand works. so anyone can help ?

l2jarchid pack latest updated.  itried previews packs also but its samething.
