In recent times, similar tools took three months to vibecode and claimed to replace tools that were sold for €400–€800, often locked to a specific L2J development community. Others have charged outrageous prices of €350–€700 for broken geodata for each individual protocol.

I believe this is simply unacceptable.

Geodata is an essential part of almost every Lineage 2 emulator. For some, it's like lipstick on a pig. It is not a luxury feature that should cost hundreds of euros extra. It should be provided alongside the emulator itself, and frankly, every developer should have adopted this approach long ago.

At 911reg, I believe in developing real solutions, making essential tools accessible, and giving back to the community rather than exploiting its needs. I firmly believe that two ChatGPT prompts should never require three months of development.

Two prompts. Two minutes of vibecoding. Three months of development rendered unnecessary. Hundreds of euros in potential costs eliminated. Available to everyone, for free.

This is what 911reg stands for. 💪

Gentlemen... the geodata generator is finally here. Others use AI to make unnecessary shit. I use AI to take L2 emulation to the next level.

Some people wait for Christmas. Others make Christmas irrelevant.

Haters, eat your hearts out.

Of course he did it in two commits...  Only a sucker would believe it was that easy to create a geodata generator that actually produces something useful, rather than just a pile of trash.

Do you even prompt lil bro? It was actually 1 prompt not 2

Are you saying you did it in just 1 or 2 prompts, just to grab some attention, even though this has already existed for months, or perhaps even years?

Did you get tired of selling the app?

No I made it overnight with a prompt when I went to sleep. The second prompt was to publish it. Why are you angry with someone who is clearly doing something meaningful for the community? You probably are angry because you were gatekeeping geodata tools and now you can't profit from them. Shame on you gargalard

What I’m saying is that not only did you not build this in a single night, but it wasn’t done using ChatGPT, and certainly not in just one day.

I could spend hours here listing all the issues the generator itself has, such as failing to respect boundaries, the 256x256 error, the lack of support for heightmaps, WorldZ, Water is wrong, and so on. but I’m not even going to waste my time.

Your generator looks like a copy of L2MapConv, and it’s likely the same map extractor currently used in the L2JMobius project, mabye a leaked one

Because you don’t know the context in which he did that... and this app dont work as expected, far far away from it

Thank you for the feedback brother gonna implement all the fixes with a single prompt tonight

Indeed. Very sad to see this

Shame there is no pathnode button though... oh wait, there's no pathnode anything.

Your overnight prompt rebuilt the rule-based approach we moved past since the last leak we had.
You even shamelessly copied the idea of Doors and Water generation.

All good though, no rush.
You're definitely skilled enough to make it work properly.
Because any bozo with AI can do miracles, right @Elfo?

It’s a poor copy; it’s just looking for attention—the whole thing is nothing but clickbait.

I love how you have a crystal ball and manage to do everything all at once; perhaps OpenAI should hire you.

Beyond being a poor version, it’s visually hideous and outdated—just looking at it gave me "visual cancer."

But don’t worry; you’ll soon fade into the background, and your "super" post will be relegated to oblivion.

Well, at least his neural network doesn't sit in ambush for half a year waiting for someone else's leaks

    • For sale: High Five server pack, antibot, custom interface, website and admin panel Selling a High Five server pack for someone who wants to launch a proper server and has the time to work on it. The pack includes: - High Five server. It was running at **x200** rates. but is best also for low rate server  - Antibot  - Custom interface - Website with a custom admin panel - Balancer - Donate system - Crypto donate system - Crypto auction system - Updates through SVN - A large set of custom DressMe armors and weapons +npc with logo (i can make yours too on it ) - Custom maps with geodata not shared... A domain can be included as well. This is a real pack that has already been running, not an empty base. If you want to build something solid and you can put the time in, this is a ready start. Information and proof by PM. Payment by crypto or PayPal.  Prize  700 euro  for all
    • You spent several paragraphs explaining how useful AI is today, something nobody here disputed, not that if anyone did would add value anyways. I'm using AI myself, extensively. I'm not arguing against progress, I'm questioning the long-term concentration of the infrastructure that makes that progress accessible. Your entire argument boils down to "AI is great today, just buy another subscription tomorrow." That's not an answer to concerns about future dependency, market concentration, or affordability. And there's something ironic about calling AI democratizing while casually suggesting everyone should just spend another $500 a month if they hit their limits. Technological progress and centralized control aren't mutually exclusive. That's the distinction you all keep missing. As for the European history lecture, I'm not sure what air conditioning has to do with semiconductor supply chains or market concentration that is driven by corporate greed and macropolitics.
    • This is a very European dogma. To reject modernity and progress. Regression is the European form of progression. Hence why in 2026 there are no air conditioners in major countries like Spain France. Hubris of their ancestor's accomplishments trickled down to the modern person (especially itlians and greeks) where they still believe that their situation is that of 2000 bc.   While I do agree it is definitely important to understand your craft; the reality is as stated. The bots are here to stay and it's as revolutionary as the invention of the internet or the computer. Purists can stick to the typewriter while the keyboard is invented or snail mail containing hand written letters meanwhile the world carries on with hyperlinks. Either harness the power of superintelligence or get left behind. No matter the cost of tokens imo it is still worth it rather than dealing with human assets. A 'decent' single developer has now became an entire dev team in the l2 space. No complaints, no hours, no breaks (except when you run out of tokens. If this is a problem then just buy another sub???) and any mistake can be corrected ASAP. As long as the prompter has a "good enough" understanding of the context and is able to articulate to the bot. Any moron that talks to claude can do it. There is nothing special, you and I can both do the same thing now. AI levels the playing field. The difference is the macro understanding and how to fine tune it. Getting the feature or fix "working" is now no longer the problem but the perhaps the last 20% of making it user friendly and ergonomic which still requires a good eye and experience.   Pre-AI I have spent maybe 12k euro on brazilian scammer gabriel charging 40$ an hour, and then when critical issues arise from their code, the response is just "o sorry im at lunch" so now there really is not that much worry? Or waiting for someone to work on a major code refactor for over a year after buying them a laptop only to say that they are busy herding 5000 sheep and can no longer work. I also spent over 20k on reverse engineering the client and creating extenders which now can be solved with the same solution. The quality is maybe 70-80% of an expert, but the function is without a doubt 90-95%. However I have now adapted to the forward thinking workflow. I complain to opus, go get a drinky drink and come back and try the fix. I can also be talking to the bot on my phone and having it work on my pc while i do other stuf. All for the measly price of about 520$ a month (Claude 200, Claude 100, GPT 200, Gemini 20). What used to be impossible is now just a matter or tokens and persistence.   Also posting a tweet from Elon is the same as posting a quote from Mobius, showing the user's inability to think critically and how they are prone to idolize the loudest in the room.
    • Credits: Galagard Person responsible: Mobius Vulnerable: All L2JMobius versions public and private that support Evolving and Devolving Pets.   What's needed: A pet that a Pet manager can devolve/evolve , for example a Great Snow Wolf Adena or a stackable item A server that won't restart for 24 hours.   How to do the exploit: Take a Great Snow Wolf to the Pet Manager that has devolve abilities (e.g. Aden) Put the stackable items or adena you want to dupe inside the pet's inventory Open the Html of the Pet Manager, navigate to the Devolve Pet screen, DO NOT CLICK DEVOLVE YET Kill the pet (you can move outside if needed, door is very close). Get back to the manager with the HTML open (do not close the HTML).  Click Devolve Pet: You will end up with a new pet (Great Wolf) alive and an old dead body of Great Snow Wolf. Open the inventory of the Great Wolf, it will have the adena and items you put in the old (dead) pet. Take them into your inventory. Wait 24 hours for the old pet corpse to decay. The moment it decays, it will give you the DUPED items back in your inventory.   How to repeat in shorter time: You can re-evolve the Snow Wolf from NPC and repeat the same thing at once. You will end up with a second corpse. So 24 hours later + delay, you will get a 2nd dupe.  You can keep repeating this forever and stack items with an initial delay of 24 hours (no need to wait 24 hours again).  I have not confirmed this step ingame but theoritically with a crafted packet you can pull item from the corpse without waiting for 24 hours. This is a second exploit, the packet doesnt check if the pet is dead, it relies on clientside. Someone has to confirm, didnt try this one as I said.   How was this issue caused:   L2JServer developers  They never checked for a pet that is out and putting a dead pet away does nothing.    Mobius himself In commit 24e82859cab, 2021-05-28, "Unsummon previous existing pet, return null if template does not exist."    public static synchronized PetInstance spawnPet(NpcTemplate template, PlayerInstance owner, ItemInstance control)    {   -    if (World.getInstance().getPet(owner.getObjectId()) != null)   +    final PetInstance existingPet = World.getInstance().getPet(owner.getObjectId());   +    if (existingPet != null) // owner has a pet listed in world        {   -        return null; // owner has a pet listed in world   +        existingPet.unSummon(owner);        }   He tried to fix a null pet (dead) and lifted the only restriction that accidentally blocked the exploit in previous L2JServer versions making L2JMobius the ONLY pack vulnerable to this incumbating issue. Patch:  <h1> I don't know how to write code to produce a patch, I'm a vibe coder </h1>
