I will never use L2J as the basis for my project but what i saw in MMODEV was enough for me.

You asked for examples of coping projects, we provided them, you asked for feedback from our clients, some of them wrote their reviews on the same mmodev, what else can I prove to you? you just asked your friends from mmodev to write nasty things, they have never been our customers and never will be, because they are used to downloading only free products and hacking it. You just don't respect the work of others, this is the conclusion that can be drawn from your inflammatory topic on mmodev, where there are many people who once could not buy our assemblies or whom we kicked out of work or for some other reason. В первую очередь хочу отметить Юру. Именно он помог определиться со сборкой и протоколом под мой проект. Всегда оперативно отвечает на вопросы, помогает найти нужных специалистов в команду и в целом держит все процессы под контролем. Отличный менеджер, который действительно вовлечён в работу проекта.
 

Отдельная благодарность Алексею — главному кодеру команды. Любые задачи по разработке выполняются быстро и качественно. Человек знает сборку буквально до мелочей. Реализует новые механики, дорабатывает существующие системы, исправляет проблемы, работает с интерфейсом и помогает находить оптимальные технические решения даже для нестандартных задач. Видно, что за плечами огромный опыт разработки именно под Lineage 2.
 

Что касается самой сборки, мы работаем на Classic 286 Protocol. Лично я очень доволен её базовым качеством и реализацией. Конечно, как и в любой сборке, есть моменты, которые требуют доработки и адаптации под конкретный проект. Но это абсолютно нормальный процесс.
 

Многие почему-то считают, что купленная сборка должна быть идеальной из коробки. На практике это не так. Даже самые дорогие и качественные решения требуют времени, ресурсов и большого количества доработок. Именно так и создаются успешные приватные проекты — через постоянную работу над продуктом, а не через покупку «волшебной кнопки».
 

Поэтому когда вижу, как кто-то пытается поливать грязью бесплатные или даже платные сборки, становится понятно, что человек просто не понимает, как работает индустрия разработки серверов Lineage 2. Любая серьёзная сборка — это фундамент, на котором строится проект. А конечный результат зависит уже от команды разработчиков, вложенного времени и качества доработок.
 

На данный момент сотрудничеством с L2Script полностью доволен и могу рекомендовать команду тем, кто ищет профессиональный подход к разработке и сопровождению проектов Lineage 2.

Thanks for the collection and the free advertising! These files have been in the public domain for a long time — you just saved people the trouble of searching. A true fan.

Just to clarify for everyone reading: these files have nothing to do with this topic. They are 10+ year old builds, and since various third-party modifications exist in the wild, we cannot guarantee what may have been added or changed in those versions. Use them at your own risk.

We have absolutely no judgment toward those who are on a tight budget and can't afford our current builds — these old shared files might genuinely help you get started. Just use them carefully and at your own risk. And please don't judge developers for the mistakes they made early in their careers — every developer goes through stages of growth, and what you see in those old builds is simply a snapshot of where we were back then. We've come a long way since.

If you're interested in our older builds, we have a dedicated thread for that with significantly reduced prices — very accessible for any budget. We have also recently resumed full technical support for legacy builds, handled by a separate team that doesn't interfere with our private development direction for larger projects.

Let's be clear about what's happening here. You came to this thread as a provocateur, having already created a coordinated thread on MMO-Dev and invited people who have never been our clients and never will be — because their entire approach to this industry is based on free downloads and reverse engineering other people's work.

Not a single person who wrote negatively about us on MMO-Dev has ever been our customer. Not one. Meanwhile, real clients wrote there too — but you conveniently ignore those.

Your goal was never objectivity. It was a deliberate smear campaign, and the pattern is transparent to anyone reading this thread.

As for MMO-Dev — platforms built on facilitating hatred and settling personal scores don't tend to last. We've seen it before with Zonegame. Communities that exist to tear others down eventually turn on themselves.

Haha, well, the math is flattering — thank you for doing it for us!

On the AI point — you might actually be right, and we're not afraid of that. We've been adapting for 20 years already. When new tools arrive, experienced developers use them better than anyone else. AI helps us work faster, not replace us — at least for now.

And when the day comes that AI can fully build, maintain, and support a complex private L2 server end-to-end — we'll be the first to embrace it. Until then, our developers are doing just fine.

I have absolutely no relationship, partnership, or special connection with SkyLord. Any claim suggesting otherwise is entirely unsupported and based on assumptions rather than facts.

It is disappointing to see people making accusations against others without presenting a single piece of evidence. Disagreement is one thing; inventing narratives and presenting personal opinions as facts is something completely different.

If someone believes I have acted improperly, they are welcome to provide verifiable proof. Until then, these allegations are nothing more than speculation and should be treated as such.

I have always been responsible for my own actions and opinions, and I do not need anyone's protection, influence, or assistance to participate in any community.

What complaint are you talking about? I didn't accuse anyone. They came to our topic and began pouring unreasonable dirt, and giving screenshots from competitive forums, where they and their fellow competitors are engaged in blackening our name. Have we offended you in any way?
