It's clean, NOD32 finds it as virus too. Disable it and it will work fine.

I have had never problems with phx to connect to the server, but first time in my life I installed Gracia client and tried one Gracia PT2 server, tried this phx and laso .82, either of them didn't work. Any solution?

I guess it's not working in the server you tried. Try using another system with your server's ip. Many servers are now client protected.
