Side bar randomly doesn't work / can't scroll

Anyone else has this phucking issue that happens only with mxc website, with side-bar / scroll bar doesn't load...? 
It happens randomly, mainly with Marketplace / Files section, even with cleared ceche, flushed dns, browser cookies and date cleared as well.

I tested it with Chrome and Opera - same shit. I also deleted the "Default" folder in UserData to clear Chrome to it's "first launch" state. Same shit, but it happens randomly. On Opera, it happens on other pages - forum main page for most. It's strange.

On the screenshot, it's not about the errors, but the div I've marked. See the highlited blue tint part. It looks like - for some reason, forum script is detecting a touch screen, hiding scroll bar like I would be using smartphone or any other device with touch screen and scroll with swiping finger over it.

Welph, I guess I'm the only person living with this issue from now on...

i have it too on firefox but on subpages only. For example when i enter to browse the L2 private server boards it happens.

Yeah, for me it's Marketplace - so subpage. But on Opera, it's with main page for some reason.

Yeah, just happen to me right now. I needed to refresh the page to fix it...

In my case, refreshing doesn' work, keyboard arrows doesn't work, holding middle mouse wheel pressed...

Seems like some kind of shadowban maybe? I mean some boards work fine while others dont. At least somebody tell us if its intentional or not.
