Keltir has prepared for aspiring adventurers:

Runes for experience +300-100% Exp
Runes to increase the adena output
Increased HP and MP regeneration from level 1 to 40
NG and D grade wanderer equipment
Tokens for gaining 1 and 2 professions
Cheap teleporters to cities and hunting spots
Rookie Buff from level 1 to 40
NG and D grade soul and spirit charges

 

The bonuses are available to all characters from level 1 to level 40 inclusive, regardless of creation date.
