Help Bug when use any teleport

Could someone tell me what is going on with my server?

Whenever I use the teleport my character seems to go to another dimension. All NPCs and Mobs disappear and when I restart the character, everything goes back to normal.

Coordinates are fine.

I noticed that when I teleport and the npc disappear and if I put the character to walk in certain areas they reappear.
