Classic client includes all gear in .dat and textures. You only have to add them server side with same ids as client.

needs copy pasta and so on, not having the time to mess with client so if someone is willing to give me ready the lines and i will just rename/paste i will be thankfull

That's what I'm saying, you don't need to touch the client only the .xml on the server. Add the items to the .xml and you're ready.
