Hi bro. I wanted it to show the percentage of enchant that the item has.

Well, if you don't have any kind of system for dynamic enchantment chances (i.e., a system that makes enchant chances increase or decrease based on the item's current enchantment level), you could just add the chance to the item's description through itemname-e.dat

Go at the line where the server checks the chance, and just send those info to the player
