How can someone save entire wiki website with tens of thousands of articles? Sit for 5min and think about it.

Interesting opinion. Check out https://archive.org/ . It's a web archive project that does exactly that. The 5 minutes you took thinking about it, I googled it and found exactly what was needed. Also there are multiple services similar to it, and apps on git that can help you pull the resources from the archived website.

sadly none of them are complete, all have missing links even web archive.
