Hi Community, 
i want to learn how to add effects and logo to npcs. I have some ideas i want to try out, but all the guides are now private or deleted... 

 

So im looking for someone, who can teach me how to edit npcs and add effect to them.

Not a complete beginner: I use tools like L2Tool, Unreal Engine Runtime to design my own textures for html etc...
