Request I find trouble edit this jar file. Maybe my PC broken?

Anyone can help me edit a jar file?

I am trying to edit a jar file, i added jar in intellij, opened the gameserver.class which i want to edit, i have made a copy and saved as java and i cannot build it because it show lots of errors.

I started to belive my PC windows is broken and I have to reinstall it. I need to know if I have to reinstall my OS or I am too tired and I make little mistakes, this is driving me crazy...

PS: This should work 100% as the author of the guide say, I am using this guide here:

If you want just to edit some strings, theres a way:

But if you want to rebuild decompiled jar then its complicated because you will have to reverse engineer everything yourself.

Is strange because i follow the video exactly, with all details and not work for me. I have tryed with different jars and nothing, same errors. I ask for help because I need to know 100% if I do some mistakes or my PC windows OS is broken... I already repeat the same thing even following a tutorial video because i was thinking I do things wrong.

Can someone help me by posting a guide here? Maybe there are much more in my situation and everyone can learn. I used the video i posted above and it doesn't work. I don't know why everyone who saw that post, commented that it works.

Edited the file, but won't share how he did it. Also the file is full of errors and bad edits... Thanks for your effort anyway.
