Cannot create marketplace topic

Hello there, i am trying to create a topic in marketplace and its locked, actually half of the topic options are locked , is there something i must do before posting?

You need to get some posts as i remember to post there.

there's new marketplace rules you need at least 20 posts  to post there

but remember spamming randomly on random topics will result Permanent ban!
