I can't read the Trick (i need more post ;( ) but for reduce Zealot,Frenzy,AI,UD and other skills you must use this metod:

 

1) Hp must be lower than 30%

2) Equip weapon with "Rsk.Haste"

3) Use the skill!!

 

Recharge time is lower!!!
