report scammer Z3R0#5648 Leader of Wutang Clan.

I want to report Z3R0#5648 discord user and owner of Lineage2 Wutang clan discord group as a scammer.
This guy is also a member on MXC discord group.Proofs below:

@L2Blade Why did u made the transaction before being sure that they will join your server? Sorry but this act was your mistake, you should tell him before sending the cash "I need proofs of joining my server and then i send you the cash as we deal"...

so it is his fault that he trusted someone ?
Then there is no reason to report scammers in general , right ?

P.S I am not with any side , but where are the proofs that he didnt join and scammed you ?Because, all i can see are the payments that you made

While he knows that everyone scaming nowadays what's the point to trust someone with this way while you know that he will be scammed with one or other way?
