Help Grand Crusade 110 protocol dat editor

Hello guys, I working on editing client for a while, i have problem editing skillname-eu.dat and OneDayReward-eu.dat, i try different version of  fileeditor and still not able to fix it.

Can someone help me with DDS file for that file or a link to how to make my own dds (most of the link i search are not exist anymore).

or if someone have file editor that work for 110 protocol (most of fileedit i found is for 109 protocol or atleast thats what written on the folder)
