Help Premium buffs time

How can i do premium buffs with 3 h? All buffs. I hear about L2Effect. But i don;t know what method i should do

With common buffs it impossible. You need to create the new buffs with custom duration time.

L2jSunrise have predefinited already custom skill list duration list. But...i change premium system and old method of buffs are still working. But after restart, buffs has a default time ( 1 hour ) premium ( 6 h ). I tried to copy method from default server time buffs from config but i get some errors in eclipse and i don't know how to solve it. here it is config for premium about buffs.

PrSkillDurationList = 264,18000;265,18000;

You want a help but even not posted an errors in Eclipse or whatever. Don't think what we hva telepath skill or knows this sources like knowing all five fingers on the own hand.
