Can any of you help me with how to get these materials? There are other colors for them, but I don't know how to make them or where I come from.
I hope for help because I need it very much in the server that is playing the game :)

Well it depends what game version you are playing. Check the fishing guild member. He should trade those things or at least give you information about fishing materials and ingredients.

 

some l2 versions had quests for this like fishing with special lures night time if I remember well, but im not sure

 

 

EDIT:

Yes... I think you have to use the night time bait (luminous) to catch ffish during night time. The level of the fish (color) determines the colored fish scales you will possibly get
