VOLIBEAR THE RELENTLESS STORM

As patch 10.10 went live, volibear rework came to pbe for testing for about 2 weeks and then it will go live at patch 10.10
You can check the 32mins reveal livestream from riot games or the 3mins recap to check his abilities/skins as all his abilities and his skins are reworked.

If you own Volibear before or buy him during 10.11 you will get Thousand Pierced Volibear for free! After the patch will cost 975 rp.

You can test volibear's new kit on lol pbe, even though some numbers could be changed before his launch on 10.11 patch at 28/5 and feel free to discuss below!
