Help L2 life stones questions.

Hello guys so im newbie with life stones so i have some questions.

1. Does the active buffs like increase PvP P.Atk remains on the charceter if i change weapon?

2. If so does the active buff stack with passive PvP. P.Atk?

Im thinking to use 1 weapon to take active buff and then to change to another weapon wich will have passive skill on it.
