LOL! New release is stable5F and not 4f. Stable5 & stable5F is for Final and not for Plus :D

Addon for Plus its linked aggregated and used with stable5F.

most packs are 64bit and can be executed by 64bit windows not 32bit(aka 86) , and 64bit packs are these that most devs are working on and not on 32bit , working better and so on .. search at PP(PostPacific)
