Help Augment Modify

Hello guys, 

As the title says I would like to know if there is any way to modify augments via navicat or from another program but not for active or passive skills(because i already know it) but like base stats. For example STR +1 / MEN +1 / INT +1 etc or P.atk +30 / Max HP +155 etc.

 

Please help ^_^

I have a list of augments, but nothing about STR+1, MEN +1, just passives, actives and chances (Interlude verrsion)
