[Request] C4 Server MiD/High Rate

I would like to suggest me a c4 server without donations.....custom items ...... almost new.....and rate from x45 to x500 max.....

 

i forgot to tell you to have buffs from pp-songs-dances-chants  (and the greater buff like cov-pof-pow if can be or not its ok) :)
