maybe someone can tell me if is possible to make icon with transparent background like a png ? 
if yes how i can do it ?

Black in ALPHA CHANNEL is transparent not in canvas

you have to create an alpha channel in your photoshop file and paint the parts black you want to have transparent.

 

you have to paint the alpha channel black, not ur actual picture.

Export format: DDS / TGA.

if you want to make alpha channel for already existing icon, then use umodel for extracting, UTPT, L2Tool to convert the package ( you can then open in the editor ).
