i would go to +4/+5 str/dex -9 con for lvling and for pvp remove dex dye

i used +4STR-4CON and +4DEX-4CON and +4WIT-5INT for debuff resist and this setup is good for oly.

 

for outside oly maybe remove +4DEX-4CON or you are going to get stunned too much / die too fast
