[Help] Its EMERGENCY!

Hi....well i am making a set of weapons but i found to the most weapons that i edit that have black lines-squares... I save it as dxt1/dxt1 no alpha/dxt3/targa and the same *** all the time... Anyone has an idea to solve it =/?pls?

You done something wrong at itemname-e.dat propably you didnt made an icon for ur weapon look there and tell us what you found
