cant download the echo.ini the link seams to work but i dont read rushian and --- well cant get it

ok so i tried it without the echo ini and after some seconds i get dc due to a hacking tool hase been bla bla bal

5. Step, donwload this:

and unzip it into your system folder, so it will fix the 30 seconds disconnection
