Help l2endec

Hey, have question i try decode sp_32b_01.bmp and all works perfect but wanna encode and nothing, try dragging file to l2endec try with .bat try diffrent l2endec but nothing... decode from all l2endec working but encode don't work what can be problem?

Make a new *.bat file with code:

 

l2encdec.exe -s -h 121 sp_32b_01.bmp
l2encdec -s -h 121 sp_256_01.bmp
